Welcome to the home of Sweitman Solutions!

My name is Mike Sweitzer-Beckman, and I started Sweitman Solutions to help nonprofits and small businesses with their websites. My philosophy is that websites should be:

• simple, efficient, and appealing;
• highly ranked in Google search results; and
• easy for a novice to update.

I am dismayed at how much money grassroots nonprofits and small businesses often pay for website design.

Not only do they need to pay the web designer a large up-front fee, but they also need to rehire the web designer—sometimes for as much as hundreds of dollars an hour—just to fix a few grammatical mistakes, say, or add one paragraph to the opening page.
The process is also inconvenient for nonprofits and small businesses. Usually, a site is put together in custom HTML, which is fine—but it’s not easy for the lone staff member or office assistant to make updates when there’s a new event or a new service provided, or when that photo from 1994 really needs to come down.

I believe there is a different way to do this.
